Application

[ ] Fill out sales associate application
[ ] Pay application fee (~$85)
[ ] Answer all background questions
Background check
[ ] Find approved Livescan vendor
[ ] Schedule fingerprint appointment
[ ] Complete fingerprints
[ ] Wait for clearance
State exam
[ ] Receive approval to test
[ ] Schedule exam with Pearson VUE
[ ] Study (especially math and contracts)
[ ] Pass the exam (75% required)
Activation
[ ] Interview brokerages
[ ] Choose a sponsoring broker
[ ] Complete activation paperwork
[ ] Start selling real estate
